三重県庁へ表敬訪問。
津市役所訪問の際は隊員は私一人だったが、今回は私含め二人で訪問。もう一人の駒ヶ根で訓練した隊員と訓練所の話題で盛り上がった。
副知事と面会する前に、みえ国際協力大使についての説明を受けた。みえ国際協力大使はJICAボランティア事業に参加している三重県出身者等の人々に委嘱される。隊員からの活動報告や活動に県民からの物資支援により国際協力への理解促進や国際交流を推進することが目的。任地で活動する際に困った際は是非報告したい。

Courtesy visit to Mie Prefectural Office.
While I was the only volunteer during the Tsu City Hall visit, this time two of us visited together, including myself. I had a great conversation about the training center with another volunteer who had trained at Komagane.
Before meeting with the vice governor, I received an explanation about the Mie International Cooperation Ambassador program. The Mie International Cooperation Ambassador is commissioned to people from Mie Prefecture who participate in JICA volunteer programs. The purpose is to promote understanding of international cooperation and international exchange through activity reports from volunteers and material support from prefectural residents for their activities. I would definitely like to report if I encounter difficulties while working at my assignment location.
