パスタ用コムギ(デュラムコムギ)セトデュールがようやく発芽してきました。学部3年生と留学生が忙しい合間に播種してくれました。順調に育ってくれれば、初夏に自家製パスタを頂けるかも。
A durum wheat cultivar “Seto-dur” bred in Japan started emerging in the last few days. Our lab members including Tanzanian students prepared the field and sowed the seeds while they were extremely busy doing their works. If the plants grow well, then we will be able to eat our home-made pasta early in the next summer.
