Rice seedlings are transplanted at the farmer-field in the Lower Moshi Irrigation Scheme (LMIS). Mr. Peter Alfred of the Kilimanjaro Agricultural Training Centre (KATC) sent us a video showing his workers transplanting rice seedlings in the experimental field.
