三重県産業支援センターから依頼され、株式会社つじ農園で出前講義をさせて貰いました。本日は「収量構成要素の実践」と題し、粒数カウンターや穀粒水分計などの機材を持ち込み、つじ農園で収穫された水稲の収量構成要素を測定してもらいました。参加者は学生に手伝って貰いながら何とか収量を推定することができました。今回の講義は、私の研究室にとって非常に良い経験となりました。

I gave a store house lecture at Tsuji Farm in response to a request from the Mie Industry and Enterprise Support Center. The today’s lecture was “Practical of Rice Yield Components” and participants measured yield components of rice plants harvested from Tsuji Farm using such devices as grain counter and grain moisture meter brought from my laboratory. The participants were supported by my students and successfully able to estimate rice yields. This was wonder experience for my laboratory.
