Rice plants are harvested in our on-farm trials in the Lower Moshi Irrigation Scheme (LMIS). It always feels good to harvest rice!! Mr. Peter Alfred of the Kilimanjaro Agricultural Training Centre (KATC) sent us some photos of workers with smiles.
