今年も中勢地域の各地からコシヒカリを収穫し、三重県農業研究所で玄米品質を計測。各所のご協力で何とか収量調査を完結。これから玄米のデンプン構造を解析し4年目の調査が完結。

Rice and Global Warming

This year, we again harvested Koshihikari from various locations in the Chusei region and measured brown rice quality at the Mie Prefectural Agricultural Research Institute. With the cooperation of various parties, we managed to complete the yield survey. We will now analyze the starch structure of brown rice to complete the fourth year of our investigation.
